Registration Form and Fee
The non-refundable administration fee of $100.00 (for children older than 6 years old)/ $22 for children younger than 6 years old (CWELCC) is a one-time fee that is charged upon confirmed enrollment. We also require a 2 month security deposit. A child who has withdrawn at any time and has plans of re-enrolling after will be charged the administration fee again.
REMINDER:
1, The waitlist is only for children WHO ARE BORN.
2. You will receive a confirmation once the form has been received.
3. You will be contacted ONLY if a spot is available for your child/ren.
